I have taken the RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) program with Ameenah and I can honestly say that she helped me a lot with some childhood traumas I had showing up during my hypnotherapy session that I wasn't even aware of. Ameenah will make you feel so at ease and you can just share about anything. It was a 4 week program, nonetheless I have felt a huge difference in myself already on the first week! 4 months ago I have been curious about past lives and have had a few glimpses, but really wanted to know more and experience a real session with intention. Ameenah was recommended by a mutual friend. We had instant connection on our initial call and I knew I wanted a session with her. Ameenah is an incredible guide. I felt safe as doors opened and I knew exactly what my role was with each encounter. As the days have passed since my session I have experienced a very comfortable awareness when they have a message or reminder of how they are part of my purpose. I found Ameenah on club house in a chat room topic being sharing our childhood trauma. She heard my story and immediately offered to help, by which she gave me a evaluation, and exercise that helped prepared my mind for RTT. I was very intrigued knowing that I was going to be under hypnosis see that I have never been myself, Ameenah was very patient, kind, and professional, with that being said she made me feel very comfortable to open up and unpack while under hypnosis. This was 1of the best investments I’ve made for myself, since my first RTT session with Ameenah, I’ve noticed a lot of growth in certain areas of both my professional and personal life. I’m no longer as triggered as I was, I also have a better response for when things go left.

I really enjoyed the journey that you took me one. The metaphor allowed me subconscious mind to make sense of my traumas without going deeply into them. I also felt really seen and heard during the counselling portion and appreciated you reflecting back to me what I said so that I felt understood. Overall it was a good session and gave me a better appreciation for the hypnotherapy.

Never did therapy before, but with Miss Ameenah, I felt like I was able to open up completely. She created a safe environment for me to share my experiences and thoughts with, and nurtured me through understanding to hurdle over the problems I was facing.
