Re-pairing with the Inner Child

The Emotional Discovery of the truth about the unique history of every  child who is adult now.It gives you chance to liberate free yourself altogether from illusion of not being Enough. The damage done to us in the childhood cant be undone, we cannot change anything in the past we can however change the way we look at our experience by changing the way we think . You can re-pair yourself and gain the lost feelings by choosing to look more closely and bring the feelings that is stored inside in your body and bring this knowledge  to the awareness. For healing you have to feel the feeling, the more you suppress it; it will come back more stronger. Feel the feeling until they don’t required to be felt -Marisa Peer This path is difficult but the only way we can leave the cruel, invisible prison of our childhood is to become free by transforming our beliefs from helplessness to empowering ones. Where awareness of past is there and deeply understood by the powerful subconscious mind and no longer feels the need to hold that feeling that is processed and released. The more you avoid to look in to the stuck  little child  psyche where they are still in repressed childhood situations. Not realising its no longer exists. It’s the response of dysregulated nervous system they will continue to fear and avoid danger the same way as a little child. They are driven by unconscious memories and by repressed feelings and emotions and needs that determine nearly everything they do or fail to do. People actively continue the torture once inflicted pain and punishment upon them now they take charge of it. Going through pain and proudly say I don’t feel pain and accepting it hurts in fact take pleasure in other people’s approval in some way or other. They learn very early in life not to feel pain and in  present they will go to any length not to feel the pain of the little self who was once exploited or  abused in any way and had to imagine it was fun for her or it is the only way that is to avoid or bury the actual cause and that’s the secondary gain by the mind to protect from the painful feelings and not to process it. Repressed pain may reveal itself more privately as in a woman sexually exploited as a child who have denied her childhood reality and in order not to feel the pain is perpetually fleeing her past with the help of men, alcohol, drugs or achievements. She need people and constant thrill in her life so she can avoid loneliness and moment of quiet because that will might ignite her childhood experience. That’s the biggest fear and that keeps her in flight mode until she learns to bring those feelings to awareness only then she will understand its not deadly but liberating. Five things you can do to liberate from that stuck feelings.1. Beyond acceptance and awareness, beyond experience of anger and the unfolding of autonomy, along with the celebration of our capacity for attachment and the conscious search for contact, comes assertion: it is the declaration to ourselves and to the world that we are and that we are who we are.~~ Dr Gabor Mate. Often we focus on goals and forgot about the journey, this year I intentionally chose to heal my body with this awareness I was led towards my first RTT session where I wanted to know when and where that disconnection with my body happened the session was not about weight loss it was about connecting with my body with love and awareness. I changed my lifestyle and started eating what my body need, I started eating sea food which I never liked except only Salmon I started having variety and recently tried sushi and Ioved it. I started listening to my body and started praising how my body always showed strength whether giving birth, healing from injury and above all have opportunity to have. Healthy life. I started seeing my body as a perfect body where there was only grace no shame. Growing up with dysregulated nervous system with a lot of shame and judgement towards my body and at one point I started believing how disgusting my body is with extremely shrinked self esteem. I feel I want to hide from everyone because I hated my body for so long I stopped listening so here comes psroaisis where I wanted to hide more and only show dispice towards my body and saw more of it the more I wanted to disconnect the more my body tries to get attention… and it was a vicious cycle until I intent to connect I went in to the root of disconnection. The root cause was at birth the disconnection started that early expectation of a boy from my parents my early adoption as a vulnerable little child I perceived that I don’t matter, rejection, invisible for my whole life… hence a very low self esteem it was so painful that my mind decided to disassociate me and I did not have any memories and why I feel the way I do and denial that everything is perfect in my world . When a child can’t fix a problem. Being bullied and having no power to stop it Experiencing poverty and being powerless to overcome it they experience helplessness and hopelessness. It’s known as learned helplessness the child learns they can’t fix this and are powerless to prevent it and it will be forever. An imprint is thus formed that the child cannot stand up for themselves, that their voice is unheard, that they don’t matter, that they have no power, etc etc that the child can carry with them for life. ~~ Marisa Peer I had my RTT session and in that I recalled the root cause of my disconnection from my body. I felt nauseated for two days never felt that It was very powerful two days after session I experience released of emotions in a dream. I dreamt first it was a little water coming out of dessert sand and then in front of my eyes it was getting bigger and bigger and bigger then it just started flooding it was entering into my home from the glass door and it fills my lower portion it was happening so quick and I was witnessing all that in my dream what was amazing that there was a sense of hope that we had still upper section that has no flooding. After that dream when I contemplate I realize that the emotions that was hidden for so long needed that release and outlet the moment I got in touch with my blocked emotions it got released. Water represented emotions that was under and hidden. Sand in my case was representing as my deeper level of unconscious mind (I was not aware of it as it was painful and my unconscious chose to hide it so I ll not feel pain) lower portion of my home represented subconscious releasing in form of flooding . I figured that all the emotion that was coming on the surface and released. Soon after that dream it just felt I am a whole new person holding only love for myself and my body. Fast forward to 3 months I feel so much love for my body, I don’t see any fault anymore… my self esteem and self worth and confidence increased. On my recent vacation i wore bikini did swimming (before I always wore burkini so my body should be hidden) sat in outdoor hot tub without any shame and a single negative thought about my body. I started eating sea food my body needs that.. I tried sushi ? for the first time and I loved it. Listening to body means feeding what body wants and the bonus i went back to my pre covid size without trying hard.. it is crucial to release emotions to live a healthy fulfilling and blessed life. Do you wonder why academic books seems difficult to read?

Explain it simply

“If you don’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well…!” Einstein The rule of the mind when you don’t understand anything you surrender your mind surrender to that authority. When we use that heavy vocabulary our mind has to work really hard to understand and make sense of it and at the same time our mind make believe that the person or book I am reading using that strong vocabulary is very difficult so your simple mind just give up because it doesn’t understand ! Do you wonder why academic books seems difficult to read though the same concept in leisure reading we all enjoy because understanding is power we can utilise that knowledge according to our state of mind. I really enjoy authors who write simply and don’t make complex writing so a lay men can understand knowledge and messages the authors wants to share. It reminded me of a incident, where I was already struggling with low self esteem, bullying and rejection. It was a group tour to a newly build International level hospital and university and the person who was giving us that tour was foreigner (I was in Pakistan at that time) excited to learn more I asked him a question and he answered very politely though my grammar was not up to the mark! Well well but a close person made sure that I spoke wrong English and everybody should know plus a instruction that don’t ask you speak wrong English! I was in my teens. You are already struggling with the self-esteem when you’re in your teens and instructions like that and humiliation like that actually makes you feel that yes that’s the truth that’s a fact about me that I cannot communicate in English language.Fast forward after some years on my healing path I met so many beautiful people who encourages me to write and they never saw my grammatical mistakes in fact they always encourage me that what I have to say should be in a written form as well so we can always go back to it and so I started writing and I feel that yes I am a very simple communicator I explain things very simply I don’t use heavy vocabulary and I got complimented by native speakers most of the time that though English is your second language but you communicate your ideas so simply and it’s so impactful so when I saw Einstein said that if you cant explain things simply that mean you did not even understand that and it means a lot to me. I try to make people understand the concept that seems difficult but it is not if it’s made simple. The Core Belief and the Shift!

Rather than being victims of our heredity, we are actually masters of our genome.”Bruce Lipton My adopted mom died in 2005 I was very close to her infact only adult in my life to whom I confide from an early age, when I lost her psoriasis first came to my life and it triggered my core belief of not being safe… Psoriasis seems like a skin problem but it is a disorder of the immune system. It causes white blood cells to become overactive and produce chemicals that trigger inflammation in the skin. When I felt unsafe my brain sent the message to the centres that it’s a matter of life and death, emergency situation activated and in this case my immune system became overactive to deal with any situation (army is always ready and in chaos attacking it’s own healthy soldiers because it seems like invasion, it’s the response of over active amygdala that’s constantly fighting!) Mind’s no. 1 job is to keep you alive, if at any moment mind (part of brain that scans And weigh the danger ⛔️ sent information to the command Center ) thinks by scanning environment you are not safe the emergency situation activated now you are in emergency situation because mind thinks it will be forever until we change how we feel and change our core belief about being safe. Mind interpret through meaning attached to some unpleasant or perceived unpleasant event that happened early in life and the meaning it attached become your one infinite law book or only reference book. You see everything from that perception good or bad, safe or not safe. Triggers are the sign that somethings needs attention reaching to the core belief and rewrite it according to your present state of mind,makes your mind understands and once understood it releases the the stagnant energy and you ll experience that aha moments. People with childhood trauma—perfectionism!

Childhood Trauma

Sounds familiar right! Constantly driven to do more better, to get the best and never feel satisfied in life with relationships, accomplishments always feels there is more to it and that absence of feeling content creates anxious feelings. I want everything in control, uncertainty is scary and creates anxiety to control everything. It’s that constant tension that keeps people trapped and unable to go with the flow, surrender or let go. For me, I never knew I was so wound up all the time until I spontaneously regressed to my past life and found myself into the unknown. It was scary but feeling of curiosity was there too. That led me to figure out my messy, overly controlled life. I decided to step in to that unfamiliar place and that decision opened a Pandora’s box. I am so proud of myself for taking that journey towards Liberation. Perfectionism is one way our wounded inner child shows up! As perfectionists, people can often live in their heads, worried and constantly trying to control every aspect of them selves and their lives. They believe they need to go above and beyond all the time to be accepted, embraced, loved and happy. They think they need to take extreme measures to be valued, be seen and heard. But this way of living robs them of truly living, the power of the present, and their most authentic life. But, most importantly, it robs them the most important aspect of loving them selves and acceptance and the dilemma is disconnection with their trueself they are not connected to them selves and don’t know who they are because of childhood trauma they were unable to build the connection with them selves. Let’s explore how to overcome and look in to the resources that can help discord the the urge to be perfect to be accepted and and be in a flow with life. It’s a healing journey needs perseverance journey. No one sees us the way we do to ourselves. People who judge you needs healing too so it’s not about you. With my critical view point of my self it took me a long time to accept my beautiful body it was everyday’s disappointment to strive for perfectionism it was never even close to the expectations I was trying to achieve so hard it was not even mine but as a wounded child I was also judging myself from that lens that standard box from other people’s point of view about beauty and size. Slowly, I unraveled the messiness of perfectionism, falling more times than I could count. I still fall today, but getting up is much quicker and filled with a lot more kindness than before. As each layer comes off, trauma always comes in layers and so does healing a new sense of freedom sets in. This is the journey of healing—a process, a discovery, a continuous renewal. With support it speeds up little bit but actual work is our own responsibility. Ways to overcome perfectionism and heal our inner child. Self-esteem and confidence. With low self-esteem and confidence, people always look for validation from outside. That’s the only way people with low self esteem feel valued . Building self-esteem helps to make better decisions, feel at ease with self and choose their own path with confidence without worry “what if I fail”. Trauma disconnects ourself from our authentic self , how we think about ourself and for that we have to rely on others to approve us. Increasing self-esteem, and recovery is to enhance self-confidence which helps to reduce feeling of anxiety too. In my experience I have seen people with anxiety has very low or no self esteem and confidence everyday is a struggle for them. A healthy natural way to boost our self esteem is connecting to self by doing some meditation, praising self, exercise and movement. Depression, trauma, and stress can be linked to lost connection with our self. Being Creative help balance our mood and regulate our wellbeing. Have you ever seen how animals shed stress by shaking, Shaking is one way that is the default way of shedding stress. Shaking helps us shake off nervous energy and centre ourselves. As perfectionists,Tendency of people pleasing or anxiety around disappointing people keeps people in stress 24/7Learning to tune into your bodies , when body is safe mind is not anxious , grounding helps people to disengage from trends, pressure , society’s idea of perfection and instead believing in self that opens new doors of opportunity and wellness. Don’t let the stress build up. As perfectionists, people can be extremely good at working under pressure and in stressful situations.They are good at procrastinating and then at the last minute, pulling through. Sometimes this works well, and other times it doesn’t. But working under pressure like this can result in a buildup of stress on the body and mind. If you haven’t taken the time to release the stress regularly, it accumulates, putting people at risk of chronic illness, anxiety and much more. If you don’t balance your life with enjoyable activities, what you love , you are passionate about and don’t give time to process and release that build up. You become like a pressure cooker that explodes without adequate venting. We need release valves in our life—space to breathe, let loose, and shake off the stress. A quick fix may seem like a good idea, but it is sane just like treating the symptoms not working or understanding the core issue and beliefs that usually in perfectionism is I am not enough. If you don’t go to the root cause of presenting issue it often left feeling the same way. Until it is resolved with the help of conscious and subconscious mind. Awareness is empowering. When you are aware you understand yourself and behaviours that helps you to acquire balance in how you respond to situations in your lives. Repeatedly experienced Failed Relationships, Rejection, Body shamed, Not wanted, Not worthy, Failure hence not good enough! But not ready to see what’s under the carpet? rigid me? (actually mind mechanic). When I understood subconscious mind dynamics and looked how these patterns impacting even in my present on surface prosperous life, but still feelings were same inadequate not good enough within and that showed in my behaviour like anger, reactive, not worthy, financially not open to give and receive, worried and people pleaser… psoriasis, Asthma to name a few unpleasant symptoms of my blocked beliefs. I was so hurt in my early years on this planet that my mind blocked me going to the deepest place of my mind. Struggling with relationships, beliefs about myself were not good enough, I am different, No self esteem and Self worth was operating from traumatized body and mind! Mind always moves you away from pain and moves you towards pleasure. Mind only does what it thinks you want to do and I wanted to hide my pain infact myself so I don’t look vulnerable and weak! So was keep adding layers to hide my true self. Deep down within me I was scared little child who felt abandoned! Once I discovered the tool of hypnosis, brainwaves, concept of rewriting new beliefs I released myself from old limited belief patterns. Now my life is totally different because I see myself Worthy, Loveable, Safe, enough… Enjoying good health, abundance, calm mind and above all conscious parenting which means a lot to me. Celebrating my existence, my right to be here! Universe has my back ?coming to this happy place took some time, but with my experience I walk with my client on their journey to support and provide safe space to be free and illimitable.

Embrace yourself and be a rockstar ⭐

I am rocking by embracing who I am ! I am a star and I love myself the way I am. You have to be thin to wear this, take some fat reduction pills, you are too bustier, you butts are too big, you look like a aunt you cant do this, no one will marry you because “You Are Fat”, we don’t carry your size! Hence, you are not good enough! How many of you feel what I am talking about? Body Shaming and conditioning initially starts from others then when they stopped, we start for ourselves and yes better than them trained well enough to carry that job In a more military style way journey towards feeling limited and not good enough started from very early age at one point end up doing all kind of healthy unhealthy diets to look the size which people see as perfect and my only way to feel good was in a certain way and people love me. Naive I was right! I grew up with that perception of not being enough… and not safe and I know it was not just my house hold it was ingrained in our society’s Culture. Fat helps give your body energy, protects your organs, supports cell growth! Fat is a layer of protection for the body, when we feel unsafe emotionally it’s one of the mind response for protection is to hide you under fat layers… mind is not our enemy it always does what it thinks you wanted to do and mind’s no.1 job is to keep you alive. In my case I was not feeling connected, was not visible and heard and being fat was one thing my mind’s wanted to do to make me visible I also reached to a defined perfect size as well at one time but falls back again and again didn’t know why is it so hard to feel good. My spiritual quest led me to heal myself by changing beliefs it was initially seemed not easy but repetition makes it one step closer with emotion releasing therapies and off course my fav RTT all helped me heal my deepest , darkest, hardest wounds.. now I walk with my fellow souls and stand with them to uncover their darkest place with their own light

Trauma happened in the past ! You are carrying traumatic interpretation in your mind…

When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see the real you, or what you have been conditioned to believe is you? The two are so, so different. One is an infinite consciousness capable of being and creating whatever it chooses, the other is an illusion imprisoned by its own perceived and programmed limitations.” David Icke Limiting beliefs are the core belief like a belief bible beliefs that we think to be true that do not presently serve us in any way. They can negatively affect the way we react to situations, the way we problem-solve, our interactions with others, and the way we see the world. Our perception of the world formed by those beliefs. Think about children’s nature how they are playful open and caring. They see magic in everything and know that anything is possible. As we get older, and conditioned to be domesticated begin to believe that not everything is possible, and we see obstacles and problems in situations all around us. Sometimes we judge a situation before we have a chance to live in it. This is due to our limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs can be as common and terrible as believing we are not good enough. I am not loveable, I am different etc.. They can also be the words  we tell ourselves, such as “I am stupid “ I am never be lucky ” “I never win,” “Everyone else has it I am not that lucky” or “Where i go problems follow me.” Whatever they may be, limiting beliefs do not serve us, and they can very strongly change the way we react to the world around us. A lot of times they can make us put people off and push ourselves away from others. And, by believing that the worst will always happen to us, we are putting energy subconsciously to attract the worst to us. Why do we have these limiting beliefs? We have them due to the way we were raised. We develop them as we move through our daily experiences/traumatic events  in our childhood. Our ego took the road of separation from our true nature that is all about fourth force and the irony is sometimes it is not even our beliefs it is given to us by our parents/caretakers and often we pick them from the environment. They also can stick around from past life traumas. Good news is we have the ability to change the perception for the traumatic event or events .We cannot change what happened in the past. You become traumatized  and the meaning and interpretation your mind attached to it becomes the limitation but once you understand these limitation’s root cause,  it can be removed  in just a two hour hypnosis session and that’s the wonder of hypnotherapy. Discovering a past life for the first time can easily happen in your meditation practice or in a hypnotherapy Session. It could also randomly happen to you at any point in your life. I regressed into one of my own past life at a very young age. I can’t explain what happened I was confused and my quest began. Then, one day I  heard someone on a radio show, talking about no time space concept and it was just the beginning of my exploration of 4th Dimension I learned so much from him as my mentor later he was talking, how we can explore our past and future lives through time tunnel without a second thought I knew in my heart, I traveled to the place where this past life occurred, I had vivid scène of me being a warrior got wounded then died in a desert and experience the transition from death to light which I had no idea how I knew that all, I just knew it’s me having that experience.  I like to say that a past life will present itself to you when you need it the most. So, I stumble into a past life experience when I was in strong need of an aspect that I had an abundance of in that previous life or something that needs to be resolved or need improvement, for me initially it was relationship, then my own healing, then as a aware soul my responsibility to spread awareness and support others in their journey. When I saw one of my life in Egypt as a close ally to the queen Nefertiti and doing very similar what I am doing now, I knew I brought a lot of experience and wisdom from my previous lifetime . We learned and learned from life times after lifetimes until we become expert or untangle any energetic entanglement that is required. So, personally, I think when the time is right, you will surely have an aspect of who you once were present itself to you in the way you need it, whether or not you are looking for it. However, there are also ways to discover this in your Past Life Regression Therapy Session. How unfinished business from past lives can affect our present. Our souls can hang onto patterns until we learn our lessens and if we don’t we incarnate with the same lessen life after life to learn.  Something that I find incredibly interesting that past lives can influence our present – for the good and the bad. Past lives can shape our limiting beliefs, affect our relationships, and even craft some of our fears. Perhaps we have triggers or fears that make no sense, and they are likely linked to some trauma we experienced many lives ago. Our souls can hang onto patterns we deemed important so many lifetimes ago. We can have trouble releasing these fears if they are not effectively worked through. This is, in part, why past-life regression therapy can be so beneficial. If we don’t look in the soul cyclic patterns, it can even carry over into physical manifestations. One of my client was complaining discomfort in her lower chest area and when we followed the origin of that pain in past life regression she was attacked at that same place in one of her life and some unresolved issues needed attention and pain was the indicator. Why it seems impossible to break a habit when you know that it’s not beneficial for you?

Chances are, you’re experiencing a battle between the conscious and subconscious mind. Subconscious mind wants to keep that habit because When it brought that habit first mind thought it’s the only way to keep you safe. Mind’s number 1 job is to keep you alive as long as it can, and moves you towards pleasure but dopamine can create problems when triggered in the wrong context. The conscious part of our mind is logical, rational decision-making, and willpower. But did you know that this part of our mind makes up only about 12% of our total brainpower? The remaining 88% is ALL happening on a subconscious level. If you’re struggling to change a behavior or habit, it’s because on some level there is a subconscious motivation to keep it it must be activating the reward centers Dopamine triggered in wrong context in your brain where it doesn’t care about the result but the process of comfort and pleasure. Let’s say you know smoking hazards but almost every night before bed you want to light a cigarette. You may consciously understand that this habit isn’t supporting your health goals and it’s very dangerous but, your subconscious mind (whose job is to keep you safe at all times doesn’t wants you to experience discomfort and pain) it says in essence: “But this makes me feel happy , gives me comfort and pleasure.” In order to change an unhealthy habit we have to build positive associations to a new behaviour by creating new neural pathways and disrupt old patterns. Mind only learns new things through repetition. Accessing alpha or theta state of brainwaves leads us to the state where we surpassed the critical faculty of brain and operate in more suggestible way… imagination always wins in front of logic. Hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool to “reprogram our software.” By making mind understand what it no longer need. Here are the five most important things you should know before seeing a hypnotherapist: Hypnotherapy sessions are different from what you’ve seen onstage.Yes, the stage shows are real, but they are for entertainment purposes only. You are in control and highly aware of your surrounding. Hypnotherapy is a tool to reach to the subconscious mind by surpassing conscious mind. Subconscious conscious both works to keep us safe. Bring conscious subconscious on same page now both are working in collaboration and that’s the goal. The good news is that hypnosis is safe, effective, and works very quickly compared to other types of surface therapy. But, hypnosis is not a magic wand and in most cases, results won’t happen overnight.Remember, it takes 21 days to create a new habit and then a minimum of 1-3 sessions.
